      Balance wheel arrived quickly and is used as described - plastic case that it arrived in was not the same as pictured and could definitely have been better. The wheel was not secured in the case and able to move freely within it during shipping, but fortunately was undamaged. Happy to find this hard to find part for a great price but it's still pricey enough that I wish it would have had a more secure case for peace of mind.
