Item arrived adequately packed in good time. Thank you. Great eBaying ++ However the actual colour of the item was not as expected (very different/ very disappointing, in fact). I know you are not responsible for how colours appear to a buyer but the colour/ shade number and dye lot number provided on the yarn label does not match the current listing by The Australian Yarn Company. So, it would have helped me a lot if you had described the colour in words as 'pale blue but not quite baby blue'.
