    Not your fault, but all emails from post office before delivery stated that it must be signed ror alternatively arrangements made. We stayed in on the day but the postman just pushed it through our letterbox. And WE DID NOT HAVE TO SIGN FOR IT. I just hope you did not pay extra for that service. The ring is just what my wife wanted as a present and we are happy your your service. But feel you should be made aware of the post office delivery. Regards Dennis Bowen.
