I contacted the seller and he quickly reimbursed me for the missing flashlight. A couple of days later, my husband opened all 4 of the flashlights and found that one of them did not work. Again, I contacted the seller and explained the issue and he promptly refunded the cost of the non-operating flashlight. Would have preferred 5 working flashlights, but the seller handled the issues professionally.
