    This item was listed as new, however when I received it I realized that it had been used. I originally left a neutral review, however the seller reached out to me explaining that they had bought a large lot of them that were marked as new & truly thought it was new. I believe them as the way Pura packages them, unless you open the package & examine it very closely, it would be tough to know the item was used. The seller offered me a partial refund w/o me even asking I which was very appreciated
