All on my Ring door bell! To be fair it sounded broke before I’m certain he threw it in the truck too. Uh anyways I sent pics of the broken pot and then they refunded my money. Thank you your communication was excellent and shipping I don’t know how they broke it with so much bubble wrap on the pot layers and layers!
