    It doesn't work

    I followed every instruction and I asked for help to get it working but it doesn't connect to the internet. They should not sell something that needs extra steps or that it doesn't connect immediately when you put the sim card on and when you put it in a plan. I definitely want my money back. I should not have to go through all this settings to try to connect this device. It's just unacceptable. Why do I have to look at you tube if you just need to provide proper instructions. It's just not worth it.
