They messaged that they sent out a replacement which never received after it was marked 'Delivered' according to them. They then said they will send them out again and over a week afterwards changed their mind without notice and issued a refund to "cover replacement costs". However, the amount they chose to refund is not sufficient to cover replacement of these parts. Now they refuse to answer any messages. Ridiculous.
