They are terrible about package care. Though my package came in a partly crushed box, this seller packed it very well. My radio is undamaged and working very well. My last 2 orders for these types of spring hand wind radios came damaged and non working. This was my last attempt to order from Ebay just because I always received broken items. Today was a good day! Thanks!
