      Floppy Extension worth the price.

      I acquired this extension to accommodate the need for longer floppy cable as well as connectivity for edge type floppy drives. The connector was well made and worked right out of the box. I recommend this seller and product.

      It works, but you have to cut a pin

      Needed this to make an old floppy drive connect to a (slightly) newer motherboard. Unfortunately, one of the pins had to be cut in order for it to connect to the floppy drive from my HP computer. Other than that, it does work fine. But I wish they made one with the pin already removed.

      Just what I needed

      Defective.

      The cable came with 5 lines in middle of cable reversed on one end before it was assembled. I tried to reverse them but my attempt failed. I didn't have time to wait. You can do as you wish. I'll send you a picture of the split cable if you like. Poor quality control.

      The cable has a twist in it like the cable you're hooking it to, which makes the drive not work.
