Good value for money. Get's the job done.
The OEM unit that failed is much heavier indicating a better transformer and overall more robust build even though it is rated 220W and this is rated 300w. That being said it is a 12 year old core 2 duo machine and this fit right in and is running just fine for 40% less. 435 watt ps was installed and works, Burned in over 72 hours still good. Installed in Vostro 400, 8Gig RAM, Core 2 Quad, bumped to 1333 FSB @ 3g. Windows 10 Pro works fast on Spinner Drive w/Boot to sign-in, 15~20 seconds. Next is an SSD upgrade to get it to turn-on to sign-in speed. 0~8seconds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
