    Went to seller first but no response to fix the situation. Seller sent the watch from US to South Africa in a very badly packaged way. Watch arrived broken (seconds hand floating around even) and the movement won't even turn. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. Seller says "Box was not included in sale" but I didn't except negligence for sending an item across the world. I've had to pay high shipping and import costs and so returning is not feasible. Watch out for this and hopefully you have better experience

    Condition listed as "Open Box" was INACCURATE - item arrived with a small crack/chip that was very noticeable. This crack WAS in the photos but unnoticeable unless you knew to look for it - I wish the seller had mentioned it so that I could have caught it before purchasing.

    Works BETTER than expected. Flawless installation. TEN STARS!

    It exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be hard to install, with many phone calls to Verizon. Nothing like that happened! For me it was "plug and play." I simply plugged in the CAT5 Wi-Fi cable from the Starlink router, placed the GPS antenna on the window sill and plugged in the power cord from the included wall transformer. The unit went through a series of unassisted startup/configuration screens and it was up and running. Our cellphones and phone related devices worked perfectly. I have found the range of the unit is farther than expected ... perhaps 200 ft, or more. It was so nice to get a device that worked "right out of the box." I highly recommend this Network Extender.

    Network Extender will not connect. Tried at two different locations. Tried to troubleshoot. Also installed a identical Verizon network extender at these locations and it worked. This confirms it isn't the location and in fact the Network Extender sold to me is defective.

    LTE Network Extender works great.

    Setup was a little difficult to hook up to verizon servers, but a 10 minute call to Verizon tech. and the extender works perfectly. I never got but 1 02 2 bars anywhere in my house or driveway, but now I have a full 5 bars everywhere in my house and yard. No more calls breaking up or dropping.. Facetime working great so far,

    Easy setup, works great!

    Had very spotty service resulting in poor phone call quality and slow data speeds when not on wifi, I now have full bars all the time in and even around the outside of my house and perfect call quality and more than usable speeds! One thing to keep in mind is you need a Verizon post paid account to activate the device with. Once its activated any Verizon user and any Verizon MVNO user such as spectrum mobile, visible etc... can benefit from this.
