He said he had no knowledge that the package had been opened or that the ink cartridges had been used. He refunded my money and said he would double check in the future. This wasn't done intentionally as I get these from return pallets. I simply may have overlooked that someone resealed it. I did not reseal it. I have thousands of feedback and you only have 7. So I have a lot more experience in how to handle these matters of overreaction. And call ebay I have their number as well and will be calling them too.

Although the package was beaten up, the cartridge (I only used one so far) worked well. So glad the seller was honest and even double checked with me for the description of the product just to make sure. Very happy with the service.
