The watch was defective as it would reboot itself every couple minutes so unable to activate/pair. I tried solutions off google and with 3 separate apple support techs but I was told to send in for diagnostics/repair. I explained to seller and they allowed a return even though item was listed 'no returns'. Highly recommend seller as they are very reasonable.

I even messaged before buying to confirm the condition, but the seller lied. I recorded an unboxing video as proof. This was meant to be a gift, but it's in such bad shape I’m embarrassed to give it. Seller refused to refund anything. Totally dishonest and shameless.
