He said he had no knowledge that the package had been opened or that the ink cartridges had been used. He refunded my money and said he would double check in the future. So I have a lot more experience in how to handle these matters of overreaction. And call ebay I have their number as well and will be calling them too.

Although the package was beaten up, the cartridge (I only used one so far) worked well.
