Always happy to purchase from and support the Salvos, they accept returns if you're not happy but I have never had to return anything. They always combine postage costs when requested, and are quick to answer queries, their service is second to none, items always packaged carefully. What more could you ask for??Happy return customer and I would happily recommend them to others.

Packaging was okay, just a bunch of cards thrown in a box with a little bubble wrap. Most of the cards were NOT real cards and a lot of them were stuck together with some sort of mystery ooze. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted. I would say they were not as described. But all in all it was good value, good customer service and I finished the experience okay with the result.

In this instance one of the pots arrived with a broken handle despite the very secure packing by salvos staff which is attributed to Auspost but they offered reasonable refund and highly recommended their communication and service.
