My only issue is I did message the seller with a question, and never heard back before resolving it myself. Overall, very positive and no issues here!

The webcam's housing is in a used condition, as stated in the listing. There were perfectly-acceptable minor cosmetic flaws that didn't affect its useability. I was worried about the lens being damaged during shipping, but it the seller packed it well with bubble wrap on the webcam and a bubble mailer. Plugged it in soon after arrival and everything seems functional!
