    Great transaction, the box was shipped upstide down and sustained damage but the part was just fine. Since I was on travel, the seller worked with me to verify it was good when I returned.     Price wasn’t right

    The general condition was good but the price was on the high end it should have been perfect the shaft where the larger bearing rides was worn a bit and the bearing didn’t fit snug I had to use loctite bearing retainer hopefully it hold up.

    Large repair washer

    The part was in good shape. After seeing why mine went bad in first place, I decided to have this one sand blasted and painted to maybe resist soap chemicals. This part is alot of work to get to so I did this to avoid doing all this work again in future. By the the way if this part fails, there probably won't be another one available. I'll just buy another machine before even taking it apart.

    Life Saver!

    This spider arm literally save the life of my Kenmore HE4T. There's nowhere else I could find this part because it has been discontinued. The only problem I had with the washer was that I had a broken/cracked Spider Arm. I was getting ready to go to Best Buy and see if I can find a new washer when my intuition decided to give this spider arm a try before I discard the washer. I'm more than happy I did. It works perfectly and I probably added another 10 years of life to my washer. The part came pretty fast and in perfect condition!

    Like new

    Couldn't be more happier rebuilting a washer is not most would do. But finding the spider arm in basically new condition was rare when I got it I painted it with a poxie paint POR 15 that resists any chemical an protect from Corrosion .. I'll get another 10 or better years. Washer run like a brand new one .
