Perfect physical and cosmetic condition. there were some issues I had with it during initial setup but those were fixed by changing a couple settings in windows and updating the cards firmware. Appropriately priced given the new generation of this card offered by elgato. The quality is what you expect of Elgato, handles 1080p144 like a dream with my setup. Great card with zero complaints. 10/10

When I reached out to the seller requesting a partial refund, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Good luck sending it back since you shipped it overseas.” This response was not only unhelpful but also offensive. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and fairness in resolving issues. They were clearly overseas from the address, And used a backdoor way to even get it delivered to them instead of the EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM. (Which is against ebay's user agreement). So they tried to strongarm me, I said no, they gave bad feedback.
