When I reached out to the seller requesting a partial refund, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response: “Good luck sending it back since you shipped it overseas.” This response was not only unhelpful but also offensive. As a buyer, I expect honesty in listings and fairness in resolving issues. So they tried to strongarm me, I said no, they gave bad feedback.
