    I'm very happy with my purchase. The item was better than described, and the price was excellent. Thank you. The only negative was the packing. The laptop was just laying in the box on some crumpled shipping paper with wadded up paper on each of the sides and some more on top; clearly the laptop and power supply brick had moved around in shipping. I hope this feedback helps improve the packing. But the laptop is in really good condition, and works perfectly so I would buy again from the Seller.

    Better then you would expect.

    Alot of people left bad reviews on this because of print quality, That is mostly related to the program you are using and how high quality your images are. We tried using word and publisher at first and it was terrible, i wanted to smash the printer. I then got something specifically designed to print labels and it was like magic, amazing quality. Dont pay attention to DPI It means nothing, i have a brother printer that advertises 1200 dpi and its more like 120 dpi. This has a pretty low dpi but manages to have VERY Crisp fonts and graphics. The only downside is it does not seem to be able to apply vivid color so its not really factory packaging grade but its a good first printer. If you want something that quality you need to drop 8k + if your not willing to spend that much just get ...

    Disappointment

    The printer does not work. When it is turned on it continuously doing head maintenance and then faults out with a clogged head notification.
