Sadly, the largest stone in the body must have been loose, so it came out during transit. Fortunately, the seller had packaged it so well that I was able to find the stone in the packaging material, and by using a little super glue and pressing the stone down into the setting, was able to repair it. I shall enjoy wearing it! Thank you!
