    FIrst,I'm sympathetic that bid was low,this is heavy, & seller lost $ offering free shipping. But unacceptable problems:(1) Condition listed as "used" but should be "parts/for restoration". Cracks & 2 chips missing in the case,no cord from handset to base,& loose parts in magneto box. (2)Packing was unacceptable.Wrapped in plastic shopping bags with NO padding.Box arrived w/magneto crank poking through side of cardboard. Peeling paint & filth are expected,but this isn't worth shipping for refund

    This item category doesn't allow the listing condition "parts/for restoration" only "used" or "new". The description clearly said the phone's function was untested and has wear, including scuffs, and paint wear/loss, and the pictures clearly show it has no cord from handset to base.
