They sent a message as soon as I ordered letting me know when my item would ship- and they must live next door to a post office because it was shipped out super fast! When my clock arrived it was packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap and tape and was in even better condition then they described. But the real extra touch is that they actually had a battery in the clock! I was already getting a good deal, but all these extras just made the whole experience great!!
