    The USPS has come up with a new shipping method called "Drop the Shipment" where they make sure your shipment is dropped hard enough, and probably several times as indicated by the condition of the box, before the package is delivered to you. Seller did a fantastic job at packing my items but they still arrived broken. Within hours of me reaching out to the seller I had a refund. You can be confident shopping from this highly rated seller, I will be from this point forward!!

    It has been so many years since one of my items arrived to my customer damaged. I am so bummed for both of us. I spend a long time preparing that box and the items for shipping. As you said, the packaging was fine, but it sounds like this was a case of major mishandling. Thanks for your understanding and your super sweet feedback.
