Tried to dremel some of the outer plastic casing away to get it to fit but to no avail, so into the rubbish bin this switch goes. Looks like the manufacturers tooling is no longer fit for purpose, which makes me sad because I've bought a few of these over the years and they have all fit perfectly up until now :(
