    My simple component tester gives satisfactory results, but further testing would be required to be 100% sure. I had 2 different old IRF840's in stock, and one of these had higher input capacity and Rsd, the other one had lower specs. I guess testing power mosfets isn't quite as easy as small signal BJT's. Anyway, lightning fast shipping, almost unreal considering they came all the way from China.
