Terrible flatware; misleading advertising; would rank it a "negative-star"
Over many years, I've made hundreds of purchases from eBay, and this is the first time I've ever felt I should try to save people from making the mistake I did. I ordered two sets of this flatware to use for a large family gathering, based on the listing description of "heavyweight restaurant quality". Based on the price, I did NOT expect this to be like Oneida. But I would be embarrassed to put this flatware on any table. Before doing so, I would have to use some sandpaper to smooth all the burrs from the edges. I've never seen any flatware so poorly manufactured. Nor have I ever seen anything similar to this in any restaurant, and I've seen hundreds of restaurants. As far as weight, it feels lighter weight than Walmart's Mainstays flatware, but Walmart's is far better made. I ... Great dinner knives!
I haven't used all of these much since I got them, but so far I'm impressed. They cut well, and seem to fare well in the dishwasher. Great item for a low price!
