    Low cost, usable & useful.

    As expected at the price it is not a precision piece of engineering but it will do the job at a very low price and you can change the jaws and do a few tweeks to improve its usefulness. At the low cost, it is made from cast iron, functions well within its parameters and can be made more useful with a few alterations.
