The package I received contained the shipper document and nothing else. There was a hole in the packaging where the pin was able to escape. I called the seller and told them of the missing Pin and they agreed to send me a replacement. Hartville Hardware was a pleasure to do business with and I would buy from them again. This pin is not a costly item. I have no idea where the original pin is now. Probably a post office somewhere.

Quick shipping, fair price. There was nothing on the part other than a sticker taped to it to with a part number which also stated OEM. I can’t say that it truly is or isn’t. It would have been nice if it had been in a sealed package from John Deere to prove the quality of a OEM part. Either way, price was right, it was a perfect fit and I would purchase from this seller again in the future if need be.
