The cartridge was too large and didn't fit completely into the chamber, so it wasn't able to close the action. With the way the firearm is designed, the action needs to completely close in order for the laser to line up straight. The 1st picture shows that the laser round doesn't fit all the way into the chamber. The 2nd and 3rd picture shows that the action CAN NOT completely close which doesn't allow the barrel to completely align. Also be warned, if you risk chambering the laser round, it WILL get stuck and is very hard to fix.

I have a Rugar sr .40 cal the bullet didnt fit.. I ended up putting laser bullet in a drill to spin the bullet while sanded it with 800 grit sand paper unroll it fit like a real bullet would. The laser in the tip was not glued in stait so i pushed the laser out cleaned the glue off and reset laser now it works just fine. Not happy with the product but thanks to a little American ingenuity fixed it.π

Laser dot way off on 3 different pistols at 10 yds. although all 3 are zeroed to the sights . Battery cap will not stay on the case with batteries in it. Seems the spring pressure pushes it off . Either the case threads are too large or the cap threads are too small . I tried to rate it with no stars but had to give it one star before the rating would be excepted .
