Good quality product, but is not quite compatible with OEM blower motors. Winding resistance is higher, so in a 4230 JD tractor, with the AC blowers in low speed, with the two motors running in series, the OEM motor doesn't have enough current flow to run at the proper speed. I will end up needing to buy another blower motor to replace the working OEM motor to get them balanced now. I'd recommend the seller make note of this in their description.

Skip the Deere markup and buy here! To my surprise, when I opened the box it was a Grammer part made in Germany. The local Deere dealer wanted over $700 for (from what I can tell) is the exact same part. Shipped fast. Gotta have the dealer for those emergencies, but will definitely be back here for more parts.
