works better than my old shot battery, but could have been better. receiver a new Samsung battery as advertised that is over 2 and a half years old. that was the only disappointing part of this purchase. hard enough to pry the phone apart, don't want to do it twice.

1. Quick charging does not work with this battery... That alone speaks volumes as to quality. 2. It does not hold a charge as long as the original OEM battery when that was brand new. So not takes longer to recharge, and it drains quicker than it should... Conclusion: Not OEM Edited To Add: Fast forward to 11 months after it was installed, and now, all of a sudden, it is taking over 5 hours to get a full charge. (When typically, it should not take more than 2 hours if/when using OEM AC adapter). Also, as I was looking for this listing to see if I can add to my review, I realized it is described as "Open Box"... (code word for "USED").

The tools were almost worthless. Suction cup did not work at all. I had to go buy a better one. Other tools were flimsy. Got the battery in and it didn't work. Couldn't put old battery back in because it was ruined. Checked all the connections 5 times and still the phone won't turn on.

Battery is good but it is hard to change it, Phone's back cover is very thin. most of time it breaks, So very careful when changing this battery. Thank You

Bought this battery because my note 5 wouldn't turn on. Upon install I notice that it did not fit as well as the OEM. My back cover was bulky on one end (by the battery). Couple of weeks later, the phone would not start up again. Don't know if it was the battery or the phone.
