I was sent wrong size hat, made the seller aware about it, and I asked for a refund. The seller were very co-operative and understanding and gave me full refund, even though it was not possible to return the item because the cost of postage was much higher than the worth of item. I feel sorry that the seller made a loss, but the seller made sure that I do not make a loss and gave me my money back. I'm happy and grateful to the seller for their understanding.

    'Oil' not use again

    Used only three times when I had to stop, my face felt on fire and it has taken days to stop paining. Would not recommend this oil. I wasted my money.
