After purchasing numerous headphones, earphones and earbuds I have finally found a pair that does the job I want them to do. With a frequency range of 17Hz to 22KHz these buds deliver some hammer rich bass and crisp highs. Even on a high volume setting there is hardly any distortion sounding as if the buds are going to explode and fall apart. With the accompanying ear adaptors I found the perfect fit that was both comfortable to use for long periods of time and also cancelled out almost 100% of outside noise. I found the in-line volume control positioned shortly before "Y" junction useful meaning a reduction in the amount of times that I had to handle the music player, which can be a pain when placed in a deep zipper pocket. The earbuds came fitted with a 3.5mm jack so I could use them with almost every media player I own.To me the best point to be made about these earbuds is the weight of them, coming in at around 3.1grams (1.5g each)feeling virtually weightless whilst wearing them. In the package came an earbud protector/cable-tidy, a crocodile clip 4 sets of ear size adaptors and a neat auto-close etui to store it all in. At £12 a pair, I think you certainly get great value for Sennheiser quality! A bargain not to be missed! (p.s. I weighed just the buds but this is not exact due to some cable weight added on the scales.)Read full review

Very tinny sound from the headphones ordered from here compared to an existing pair I already had. No bass or midtones in the sound and the volume slide also is misprinted with the min and max volumes the wrong way around and also does not function properly, as turning the volume to max causes the sound to drop off and become tinny while turning it to min causes the sound to become tinny but just pan to the other ear. Earbuds on this pair are also of poor build with wires already starting to give out on sound after 4 hours of use. Accessories that came with the pair were of poor build and already fraying when taken out of box. Pretty sure I've been sold a fake or defective pair. I'm inclined to go with the former here.

For £16 you just can't go wrong with these! Apart from the fact that you have to be careful not to kill yourself opening the box, these in-ear phones are great. There are a number of different sizes of "earbuds" to fit different ears, but once you've selected the right ones they fit snuggly and block out a lot of background noise. Sound quality is great for the cash if just a little bass heavy for me and they don't have the openness of more expensive, bigger Sennheiser offerings, but I'm very happy with them at the price :)

This is my second pair of Sennheiser's, I thought they couldn't get any better but yes indeed they can! With the multitude of in ear pieces everyone should find the most comfortable fit and the sound quality is phenomenal for the actual cost of the item! I sometimes ware mine on my motorbike which you can imagiun can be very challenging for headphone sound, but with these its no problem. To cap it off these now have an inline volume control which yes does feel a little flimsy but works well none the less. Ok they are never going to be Bose but for this money you cannot go wrong!

I have had many pairs of headphones and all have fallen short of excellence in most catogeries, but not the ones made by sennheiser. True sound quality, great construction with sturdy materials. The extra length of the wiring giving much needed range of movement, all outcomes thought of with the user being placed right in the centre of the product. Buy, buy, buy. You won't be disappointed.
