I contacted the seller before providing feedback. The item I purchased wasn’t brand new as stated in the seller’s ad. The seller’s reply was abrasive and dismissive. I will not buy from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Of course the item was new. You put it under a microscope and decided very fine marks somehow make an internal component not new. These are non OEM items mass produced and come into contact with other components during manufacture. Minuscule marks are on every single manufactured item and totally unavoidable. The have zero effect on the functionality of the speaker. Put your microscope away and stop believing everything is some great conspiracy.

You appear to be confused as to how eBay works. When a seller posts / ships an item eBay automatically sends an 'Item Dispatched' notification. Your item was posted on the DAY AFTER PURCHASE as per our business terms. There is no point you emailing multiple times to ask when your item was posted as you already have this notification and the answer will always be the same. We cannot spend all our time responding to emails asking questions that you already have been given the answer to.
