I bought the multimeter as described with a magnetic case. As you can see from the pictures the Fluke packaging I received does not show a caseI contacted the seller who said they had checked the item before posting it and the case was there. The box comes with a seal on it so I don’t know how this could have been checked I contacted them again to show the picture of the contents and was told I must have lost the case and there was nothing else they could do
