    Neutral at best

    I would not recommend this product simply becuase i dont feel anything from it although i keep taking it 3 caps aday. This does not mean it does not have an effect but as i simply can't feel it, why would i recommend it? It could be that i lack other neutrients to potentiate it. Also i take other supplements and i'm not sure what sure which effect is from which all the time. But again, i've had no dramatic effects although L-threonate is said to improve memory etc and my memory is baad sometimes.
