    It works - take only 1/2 a caps for ladies

    It works! For ladies only 1/2 a cap in the morning with warm water will do. The full cap is for men and will keep you up if taken in the afternoon.

    Pop the capsule or dump the contents in your drink of choice. Gives a 4 hr boost if you are tired or fatigued. Try to only use a few times a week, because a tolerance develops rapidly, and can cause a energy crash after wards.

    I wasn't sure what to expect with this brand. I've used anhydrous caffeine in the past and love it because I don't have to drink coffee all day. These tiny capsules are the equivalent of 2 cups of coffee, so I empty them and use half at a time.
