Finally left the facility and then returned to the facility. I had to order the parts from another vendor to complete the job. I asked for a refund from the seller and they asked me to wait a bit longer. I ordered the parts on July 15th. The package has been sitting at the distribution center since July 17th. At this point I just want my money back. I've been more than patient.

I just want a replacement that isn't faulty. They sent message saying they were going to send another one out. Then the next day got a message to disregard first msg and return items for a refund. Got bad parts once before but was past return and they couldn't do anything. Thought would give another try and this. Never again. Cheap parts not worth hassle.

This was shipped quickly but the post office dropped the ball and it was delayed by them and NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I gave him 5 stars and will buy from him again. I did contact the seller about the delay and he assured me that my item was going thru the USPO system, so excellent communication. A+++ seller.
