The product appears to be working fine. The description was misleading. The keyboard has slight wear and needed a clean, so is not "New -opened box, never used" as advertised. Better would have been "Used - Very Good". Picture is after wiped down. Missing the keyboard elevator attachment but had one with my previous broken one luckily.
