The quality of the product was great, it just didn't fit my bike. I think something changed in the softails between 17-18. I could not get all 4 straps to line up, only 3 regardless of top or bottom the upper/lower drive belt guard got in the way of the 4th strap. I do have to question the shipping price though since I returned the item. I was charged $33 for it to be shipped to me, yet when I returned it I used the exact same method USPS Priority and it was only $15.
