Works good for full size discs. Does not fit GameCube Minidvds
Product works well, the SkipDR is better on DVDs than games, and it does not work with GameCube games! The listing didn't mention not working with GameCube games, however the SkipDR was able to clean up some of my other large discs! If you're going to run a lot of discs through I would definitely recommend buying the powered version for a little extra instead of the manual version! Leaves very little marking, pictures included with review.Product works well, the SkipDR is better on DVDs than games, and it does not work with GameCube games! Skip Dr. CD scratch repair kit
I have been wanting to buy one of these for years now and finally decided to get one. I have read reviews both pro and con and decided that I would try out one. The design is simple enough and the instructions are clear enough so I will be trying it out on some scratched CD that I have.!

great product had a electric one before, wore it out after 6 years. don't use disk much anymore so bought this so don't have to worry about battery's. only problem with this one, crank handle would not stay on, glue fixed that.

Best Invention Since Sandpaper!
Resurfaces the disk to remove mild scratches and scrapes. Makes them playable again. Works on CD or DVD, but not Blu-Ray. The procedure is simple. Add a couple of drops of fluid to the shiny side of the disk (you can use a 50/50 mix of water and isopropyl alcohol if desired). Insert the disk in the Skip Doctor device. Turn the crank handle at a nice steady rate. The disk and the Skip Dr. "wheel" will both revolve as you crank the handle. The wheel has a textured surface rather like fine sandpaper which rubs off scratches and leaves a scratch-free surface. The disk should now play OK.
