The ballast units are completely different, and of course, one of them doesn't work, and it happens to be the one that's not labeled, of course. On top of that, these supposedly new items came in a soap box. In normal generic brown boxes. This individual seems to be running a shady very questionable, whatever it is that he's got going there then selling used items. When putting it on, it does not fit my truck. I sent a message asking what I should do, with pics, and was sent a generic message that I could send it back “unused/good condition” at my expense. I sent another message asking for clarification that I would get a refund even though I put on the rain guard and so now it’s used and got the exact same message sent to me. I am now out $50.
