Awful ordeal! coupler arrived damaged looks as though was returned form someone else for damage or they may have damaged it. asked for return, was totally ignored, had to wait for ebay to step in. returned weeks ago, no refund, had to ask ebay to step in again to force refund! purchased 6-12 as of 7-10 still no refund! worst transaction in years!

We're very sorry about the issue. We did have a new person in our returns department and they didn't fully process the refund. Unfortunately we were unaware of the issue. But still 100% our fault. You now have your refund though and all should be good. Sorry again for the delay.
