    This product worked from day 1 for me. I was dieting and trying to get my morning blood sugar levels down. My previous 2 readings prior to taking this were 9.0 and 8.6. After taking 2 capsules my reading the next day was 6.4 and 5.9 the following day. After 2 weeks on this, my morning readings are under 6 every day.     Helps with blood glucose and cholestrol control. I am taking 500 mg of berberine with each twice a day meal in also with 330 mg of metformin in morn.

    Because it enables me to lower my metformin intake as 1000 mg dosages of Metformin was causing me muscle pain, depression and tiredness.
