Was then told that I could return for a replacement which meant I would have to go out of my way for their mistake, was then offered a collection and the right item to be delivered which I accepted only for them to send a return label and no parcel to replace, said they needed their item back for a replacement but it’s ok for me to be without the item… terrible customer service
