Excellent dryer
I have not had a clothes dryer since the mid 80's and the only thing I can notice that does not seem to have changed in this time is that the dryers are still quite noisy. The energy rating however is excellent not like the old high drain devices of the past. The installation was a breeze, remove the packing, place it plug it in and away we go. At the moment I have only used the "AUTO" function and it does a great drying job.. This unit also does not require any venting and does not fog up the laundry. The filters are easy to access and clean you can have the water drain to a tank or use the hose provided top go to a drain. So far I love it I hope that a follow up product review is available so I can post after 6 months operation No more sandpaper towels after a shower :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Very happy
Having only used a hot air dryer before, I’m very impressed with this heat pump dryer. It dries perfectly on the ‘cotton extra’ and the ‘auto’ programs. The ‘cotton standard’ leaves clothes slightly damp which is great if you are ironing them but too damp otherwise. I haven’t used the other programs. It is very gentle on the clothes. My old clothes dryer would shrink T-shirts and socks but these clothes are unaffected in this dryer. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just get it!!!
This is by far the best value for money budget heat pump dryer on the market. If you clean both filters each time you will get great results nearly every time. On the odd occasion there is a need to run it a second time, but that is usually due to the clothes going in a little too wet or with bed sheets / doona covers. Very happy with this dryer so far. It is drying clothes well in reasonable time. Uses surprisingly low heat, so hopefully that means it will be gentle on clothes in the long run. It’s got a good capacity. Have piped the drain tube (easy) so no emptying the water container. Doesn’t make the laundry steamy or hot. The noise varies- at times it is a bit noisy at first when the compressor is on, (no more than a washing machine on spin) but within a couple of minutes it gets quiet. Surprisingly quiet.
