I purchased a pair of Brooks Brothers pants listed as “new with tags.” The pants arrived with tags and a small but noticeable hole in the back leg. I contacted the seller immediately (same day as it arrived) with the picture of the hole. She also lists items “new with defects” so I assumed it was an oversight. I received an immediate reply that the pants were shipped in perfect condition. I have requested a refund and expect that I will have to enlist eBay’s support to remedy the situation.
