    Easy to assemble. Sturdy and light. If you are a person who prefers to put feet over wider space, you may need a wider footrest. Unlike other footrests, it's the centre bit that moves to adjust the height/angle, so unless using max height, you would not have an even surface. Also, if you are a person who may frequently want to change heights/angles, be ready to adjust/loosen the screws. Not extremely complicated, but slightly inconvenient in the middle of work. Value for money:Yes, absolutely.
